Our Standards

We don't tolerate bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour on set or in any work-related situation. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

What's Not Acceptable

• Bullying, intimidation, or aggressive behaviour
• Sexual harassment or inappropriate comments
• Discrimination based on anyone's background or characteristics
• Threatening or abusive behaviour
• Making people feel unwelcome or excluded

If You Experience or Witness This Behavior

1. Speak up safely - Tell the person to stop if you feel comfortable doing so
2. Report it - Talk to Alex, Olivia, or Francis immediately
3. Document it - Write down what happened, when, and who witnessed it
4. Get support - We'll take it seriously and handle it appropriately

Our Response

• We investigate all reports quickly and fairly
• We protect people from retaliation
• Consequences range from warnings to removal from productions
• We provide support to anyone affected
