Simple Expectations

We're a small, passionate film team. Here's how we work together:

Basic Standards

Be Professional

• Turn up on time and ready to work
• Be respectful to everyone on set
• Do your job to the best of your ability
• Communicate clearly and honestly

Be Safe

• Follow basic health and safety guidelines
• Look out for each other
• Speak up if something seems unsafe
• No drugs or alcohol on set

Be Collaborative

• We're all working toward the same goal
• Help each other out when needed
• Share ideas and feedback constructively
• Keep confidential information private

What's Not Okay

• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
• Unprofessional behaviour that disrupts the work
• Sharing confidential project information
• Dangerous behaviour that puts people at risk

If There's a Problem

If someone is being unprofessional or you feel unsafe:

1. Speak to Alex, Olivia, or Francis
2. We'll address issues quickly and fairly
3. No retaliation for reporting legitimate concerns
